As we process the tragic violence at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, TX – yet another senseless tragedy where the lives of children and teachers were taken – many are left asking what can be done to ensure this doesn’t continue to happen.
For nearly two decades, Rave Mobile Safety has been closely following active shooter incidents, and working alongside schools and communities to identify how we can help reduce the likelihood and mitigate the impact of these events. One thing we have observed is that many of these incidents share common themes and characteristics.
The good news is that there are actions we can take locally and immediately to address the issues, that don’t require legislative changes, and in many cases, little to no additional resources.
Join Rave Mobile Safety, Greenwood Public School (AR), Okaloosa County School District (FL) and Sussex County, Delaware for a critical discussion on the lifesaving changes and tools they have implemented to protect their school communities.
